COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 5062 was passed pursuant to State Law on Septe -iber "19, 2005, and

either property owners, residents, or actively engaged in b i-ness or employment
within the Kalispell city limits, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T14E CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS. -
SECTION 1, Section I. of Resolution o is hereby amended to read as follows: Ail
Impact Fee Advisory Committee shall be formed to review and monitor
the process of calculating, assessing, and spending impact fees and shall
make recommendations to City Council. The committee shall consist of
maximum of seven embers who are either, property owners,
residents, or actively engaged in business or employment within the
Kali p6l &xj limits, appAnted to staggered terms of three 3 years and
shall have at feast one representative of the development community and
one certified public accountant. Notice of the formation of the committee
shall be, published and statements of interest shall be invited to be
submitteO to the City Clerk. The Mayon, With Counz'il's zonsent, Shatt
appoint committee i.ttee members at the March 6, 2006 regular council meeting.
