Resolution 5093 - Amends Resolution 5062 - Impact Fee Advisory CommitteeA RESOLUTION AMENDING. RESOLUTION 5062, THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The committee shall consist of maximum of seven embers who are either, property owners, residents, or actively engaged in business or employment within the Kali p6l &xj limits, appAnted to staggered terms of three 3 years and shall have at feast one representative of the development community and one certified public accountant. Notice of the formation of the committee shall be, published and statements of interest shall be invited to be submitteO to the City Clerk.
