1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:35 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
2. Approval of the Agenda:

3. Approval of January, 2018 Board Meeting:
Moved by Joel, second by Mark.
4. Hearing of the Public:
Robert Macek attended the meeting as a guest.
5. Approval of Financial Statements of January and February 2018:
Moved by Joel, second Mark.

7. Unfinished Business:
The Planning Department attended the meeting. The Advisory Board inquired about the status of the
proposed changes for the downtown parking. The Advisory Board will compose a letter to City Council
to determine the steps necessary to move forward with the recommendations.
8. New Business:
The next meeting will be Thursday, May 17.
9. Adiournment:
Chair Person Mark Pirrie adjourned the meeting at 8:58 a.m.
