PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Sorensen reported a conceptual planned unit development is
expected to be submitted for an office/bank building at the corner of Northridge Drive and US
Highway 93 North. The PUD area is part of the Cornerstone Church property. James Freyholtz
from MDT noted they have already been contacted regarding the approach.
Anderson said the final plat for Legends Court has been submitted. The subdivision is located on 4th
Avenue West.
