Work Session:
The session was called to order at 4:05pm.
I. A copy of the developer's agreements for 11 Main Street (Paul Roybal) was distributed to all
members and discussed. The URA offered additions and edits which staff will forward to the city
attorney for document revisions.
II. The updated 2011-2012 Annual Report was reviewed and discussed. Additions and edits were
suggested which staff will incorporate into the documents.
*A motion was made by Tom Lund and seconded by Suzanne Faubert that the revised 2011-
2012 annual report be distributed and approved via e-mail, signed by chairman Rold and given
to City Council.
III. The Technical Assistance draft was distributed to all members and discussed. Additions and edits
were suggested which staff will incorporate into the documents.
IV. A potential application from 7 Main Street was discussed as well as their request for technical
assistance. City staff will inform the property owners of the draft guidelines and ask that they
submit their TIF application before moving forward.
The work session was adjourned at 5:1 Opm. The next meeting of the URA is May 29, 2013 at
4pm.
