Sorensen, Zoning Administrator, Chair Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary Hear the Public: None. Performance Bond Reminders: Hutton Ranch release request was denied and Public Works is communicating with them regarding the remaining issues OLD BUSINESS: Hilton Homewood Suites — Hutton Ranch — No responses yet. They need a major change with sidewalk connections. They will need to adjust the building because of an easement there. Bass Center — KRMC addition — Went through Architectural Review. Have not received the full set of plans yet. Mark spoke with Jim Oliversen who referred him to Marcello. If Mark doesn't get what he wants, he was told to go back to Oliversen. They need to address the pedestrian connectivity with Public Works. This is conditionally approved. NEW BUSINESS: Strand Theatre — change of use to a church — Expanding the stage area. Change of use for zoning issues. Police and Fire would have impact fees and possibly Public Works fees. Fire needs more details. Already an assembly occupancy. Ray will check the code on this. No change on the parking requirements. Work through Public Works to insure the roof drains are not draining into the sanitary sewer and if they are, we will require them to put them somewhere else. They are to call Phil. Conditionally approved. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Willow Creek — The Planning Board recommended approval on this project at their last meeting. Glacier Town Center — They did a work session presentation with the Planning Board. OTHER REPORTS: Ashley Heights — Sunnyside and Bismark — Pre -construction meeting took place with the Turners. Public Works had issued a "stop work order" last week, which has now been lifted. Daley Subdivision — Murph Hannon wanted to know more about the barricades at the connection road to Rosauer's.
