Performance Bond Reminders: None. Lone Pine Trails drainage area is still a concern.
OLD BUSINESS:
Hilton Homewood Suites — Hutton Ranch — nothing new.
NEW BUSINESS:
7rn Day Adventist — 494 — 9t' Avenue E.N.; 2 storage containers for existing distribution site-
- paved parking, remove small storage building, 20' from building, 10' from property lines —
in for foundation permits for pad. Property lines are not shown. Fire flow is still an issue, but
they will be able to get their permit. Need Architectural Review approval and include
whatever screening in their site plan, they need Parks approval, and they need to address
drainage for the parking lot. Sean will see if they have paved this yet.
Courthouse East — coffee house building — on north wing — adding an office there. Most
issues for site review are tied to earlier proposal. Two separate permit applications: one is
for the coffee house and the other is for offices in the north wing of the main building Bridge
type crossing — not sure if Public Works has approved this. Paul will check with Frank.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Bay Ridge — Nicole is looking for Parks and Public Works input on this. She will try to get
out an e-mail today or next Wednesday, and will need their responses by next Friday.
Bloomstone Subdivision — Section 36 west of Kidsports. Over 500 units on 85 acres.
Coming in soon.
Glacier Town Center — going to public hearing next Tuesday and meeting with MDOT on
Monday.
OTHER REPORTS:
November 29"' Meeting - Our next meeting will be the last at the 411 First Avenue West
location. The future meeting site still needs to be determined.
