OLD BUSINESS:

Neal Dental Office — 135 Commons Loop; new dental office — project is delayed until this
fall; will be removed from the agenda for now
Kohl's / Sprin2 Prairie Phase 3 — Hwy 93 N; overall site layout and new retail store;
nothing new; some revisions needed for Public Works
Mountain Mudd — 1011 Hwy 2 W; new espresso drive-thru — Discussion regarding
landscaping/curbing. They will propose changes to ARC on Tuesday. Final drainage to be
reviewed by Public Works. Conditionally approved.
Silverbrook — Hwy 93/Church; irrigation well house is located on the northwest corner ofthe
property. Need to discuss fire turnaround with Fire and grading with Public Works.
Landscaping (probably reseeding) need to be addressed. Lighting info is coming. Fire Chief
looked at the potential fire pad layout and said it was fine.

New City Hall inspection — Discussion regarding coordination of final inspection.
