Kohl's / Sprin2 Prairie Phase 3 — Hwy 93 N; overall site layout and new retail store;
nothing new; Public Works reviewing final plans
Silverbrook— Hwy 93/Church; irrigation well house is located on the northwest corner ofthe
property. OK on fire pad and fire turnaround. Keeping the road open (eg snow removal) is
the key. Gravel/all weather road is OK. Project approved.

4 Mile Dr/Hwy 93 — PJ notified James that the City will be moving forward on annexing a
wholly surrounded parcel owned by MDOT at the corner of 4 Mile and Hwy 93 unless they
have an objection
