OLD BUSINESS:
Kohl's / Spring Prairie Phase 3 — Hwy 93 N; overall site layout and new retail store — this is
scheduled to go before the Council on June I6th, pending receipt of the signed Subdivision
Improvement Agreement. They have until next Tuesday. The path is in. Nothing on the
revised lighting and updated architectural renderings.
Silverbrook — 115 W Monture; new community center — They were going to turn their
building, there is a right-of-way issue, and we are waiting for revised plans with changes.
This will remain on the agenda.
Kidsports/Soccer Concession — Champion Way — Chad will get the workers from out there
together with Public Works. This will be removed from the agenda for now.
NEW BUSINESS:
DNRC / DEQ — Spring Prairie; new office building — architectural plans and site review plans
are in. This is located south of the Forest Service building. Final plat will be in this Fall.
There are conflicts with the east and west turns on Stillwater Road. There are a lot of future
planning issues, i.e. sidewalks, roads, buildings, etc. The fire road will be put in now to avoid
putting in a cul-de-sac. We can't do the building permit until we receive the final plat. The
building is approximately 17,500 sq. ft. They have a proposed conference facility near the
detention pond.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Valley Ranch — North of Glacier Town Center. Everyone needs to take a look at the plans
so we can discuss it next week.
Ashley Square — This property is south of Fatt Boys, and the final plat is in.
OTHER REPORTS:
Super 8 — is looking at doing an exterior remodel but with no expansion.
Aspen Creek, Phase 2 — the road connecting to Spring Creek Estates is still not in. No
change in status.
