A RESOLUTION OF INTENT CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MCONTANA, AS SET
FORTH IN THE 2007-2008 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2007-2008 fiscal year,
certain detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in
the estimates for the operations of the City for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE TI' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
K.A.LISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. On the 5th day of May, 2008 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Ball, 201 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City
Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the
following amendments to the 2007-2008 fiscal budget:
