1. Call to Order:

2. Approval of the Agenda:

3. Approval of June 30, 2016 Board Meeting:

6. Updates from City Parking:
7. Unfinished Business:
The removal of 2 hour parking on 2nd Ave West has been approved and will be unrestricted parking as
soon as the signs are removed. Tom and Jarod attended the meeting to provide a downtown update.
Based on parking study findings, Tom would like to see us selling additional parking permits.
8. New Business:
B.I.D. Parklets:
The current parklet application process and permit rules were discussed. Parklets are currently permitted
from May 15 to October 31, for a $10.00 permit fee. Janet would like to see the structures removed at an
earlier date if they are no longer in use. Captain Rademacher will monitor them and request an earlier
removal if they are not being utilized.
Eagle Transit:
Captain Rademacher presented a request received by Susie Turner from Eagle Transit. Due to safety
concerns, Eagle Transit is requesting a change of location for their bus stop at the library, from the east
side steps to the front of the library. Discussion followed and all were in favor of the request.
