Sorensen, Zoning Administrator, Chair Sandy Wheeler, Community Development Guests: Mike Frasier, Frank Strickland; Sharon Jackola, Ned (Jackola Engineering) Hear the Public: None Performance Bond Reminders: None OLD BUSINESS: Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S — casino addition — Went over letter mailed to them this week. They have made significant progress on the points, but still need to address some issues, including hydrant location, drainage plan approval, and the bike path/ROW improvements, which require MDOT, county, and city council approvals. Hilton Garden Inn — Hwy 93 S; new hotel — They would like to move forward on foundation work. Tom had sent a memo to the City Manager detailing 5 points they need to address. Site Review is comfortable with doing the foundation along those guidelines. NEW BUSINESS: USFS — new facility in Spring Prairie along Stillwater. They have revised their site plan, and we should get updates shortly. Discussed boulevard trees and right-of-way issues. There does not appear to be any major problems. 59 3"d Ave WN — new electrical contractor storage building. Boulevard trees may be needed. Need landscape plan and lighting plan. More information on drainage, such as perc test and drywell calculations. Fire needs the hydrants shown on the site plan. Alley needs to be paved if it hasn't been already. Curb/gutter/sidewalk along street. 19 Appleway — conversion of single-family residence to real estate office; plans have not been submitted. They began the work under the impression that they did not need to get a permit. We should be receiving plans shortly. Buffalo Hills Golf Course — roof over existing sand storage area — need to gutter backside of building to keep stormwater out of sanitary sewer. Approved by Site Review. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Stickland subdivision — final plat should note soil drainage, compaction, etc on individual lots given the fill to be used on the project. Public Works would require perc test for drywell/infiltration systems. Parks will need to look at cash -in -lieu. Fire stated that 2 ways in/out preferred. Discussion about a 60 ft ROW in NW coner of subdivision. Stillwater Road — no improvements at this time; SID waiver. Fire — no parking/fire land signs along street. Need cross-section of Stillwater Road with proposed improvements. Waatti townhouses - need to establish how stormwater will be handled. Sidewalk and street trees. Need to show hydrant location. OTHER REPORTS: Sportsman & Ski Haus — revised loading area is acceptable Eisinger — they have submitted plans for architectural review, with site review and building plans to be submitted later.
