Hear the Public: None.
Performance Bond Reminders: Public Works has released Sinopah's bond.
OLD BUSINESS:
Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S — casino addition - We received new plans yesterday. They
have put the bike path back in, but we haven't heard if they have MDOT approval. Their
two hydrant locations are approved. Landscaping buffers are in on the outside. Frank will
check with Susie on the drainage plan. Landscaping, drainage, and hydrants are approved
unless PJ hears otherwise. Parking appears to be okay. The utility issues are okay. The
CUP requires the bike path, but it is in the right-of-way and will need to be approved by
MDOT and the County, or the CUP will need to be changed. This is conditionally approved
by Site Review.
Mountain Mudd Espresso Stand — 335 E Idaho (Papa Johns) — They will adjust some of
their parking and try to get away from the right turn out on the highway. Frank said it should
not be over 36 feet.
Eisingers — W Reserve/Hwy 93 — PJ sent them a letter regarding fire department access
during construction. Brent spoke with Eric the other day. This will need to be resolved
before they go forward. They have a possible flood plain violation and will need a mitigation
plan. They will need a more detailed landscaping plan. Public Works is working with them
on drainage. The property line goes through a building. There are provisions for a frontage
road if MDOT eventually requires one.
NEW BUSINESS:
None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
The packets have been sent out.
OTHER REPORTS:
FVCC — early childhood center (agency exemption claim removes the project from site
review; any department with concerns should independently review the project). General
discussion was held.

Wednesday, November 22, at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:32 a.m.
