OLD BUSINESS:
Eisingers — W Reserve/Hwy 93 — they are finalizing their flood study. It shows where the
drainage pipe comes down, which is supposedly out of the flood plain.
Jackola Office — Kelly Court/Hwy 93 S; new office building. 5,760 sq. ft. They added the
van accessible parking space, and have shown the roof structure. They plan to share the
circulation with a bank that will go in behind their building. Setbacks were discussed by Tom
and P.J., and they felt that the proposed drawing was appropriate. The water pipe is shown
stubbed in as a I". They are not planning on sprinklering the building. The proposed sign
was discussed. Sign within 50' of intersection of property line and easement - setback by 15'
from each line or have clear air space from 42" to 72". A landscape planter could be put in
there that is not over 3-1/2' total or a sign that size. Clear vision triangles. Kelly Road is
private. They would like to put in a flag pole in the front. They will have screen walls that
are going around the project. Their lighting was discussed. They would like to have
landscape lighting. Storm drainage was discussed. This subdivision's storm drainage was
supposedly dealt with previously as a whole. Toby will contact Schwartz engineering
regarding this. Mark thought the developer was bonded with the City to put in 43 street trees
along the boulevard. Jennifer was not aware of this. They will do their site lighting to City
standards. They want to get some ground work done right away as far as earth work. They
need to be sure their water runs to the gutters. They will probably add one sewer basin. This
will need to go through Architectural Review. This portion of the project is passed through
Site Review with the conditions discussed above.
