Police Chief P. J. Sorensen, Zoning Administrator, Chair Jennifer Young, Recreation Supervisor Guests: Jim Atkinson, Director, Flathead County Agency on Aging; Shane Jackola and John Caselegno from Hammerquist & Caselegno. Hear the Public: None. Performance Bond Reminders: None. OLD BUSINESS: Eisingers — W Reserve / Hwy 93 — Nothing new at this time. NEW BUSINESS: Hammerquist & Caselegno — 1471 — I't Ave E; convert existing building (laundromat) to professional office — this went through Architectural Review. There are not a lot of site changes. They have a new landscaping strip in the front. They are over on their parking numbers. Signs were discussed at Architectural Review. Their handicapped parking space needs to be moved closer to the front entrance. PJ needs a lighting letter from them. Public Works is okay with this. This is approved through Site Review with the conditions previously discussed. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing new at this point. Fox Trotter Meadows and Cottage Gardens will be going to the Planning Board for December. OTHER REPORTS: Town Pump — The remaining issue of a bike path or a sidewalk was discussed. They did get a letter in to revise the condition of the CUP for a bike path to change it to a sidewalk. They have agreed to put in the improvements on Cemetery Road. We have not heard back from the county yet. We would prefer to have the county approval before going forward. MDOT said to extend the sidewalk north of Cemetery Road along the east property line. KPD had asked that they stripe the pedestrian crosswalk, but they said that MDOT asked them not to get involved and that MDOT would address this. Roger will follow-up on this. They have sent a letter requesting that the Council review this condition. We will try to resolve the crosswalk matter without taking it to the Council. Hilton Garden Inn — We are close to doing a Remainder Permit. We need the certification that public infrastructure is either approved or bonded for. Aspen Creek - We also need the certification on this project that public infrastructure is either approved or bonded for. The PUD required that Site Review look at the architecture standards that will go into the C.C. & R.'s. They have drafted and recorded these, and PJ has read them. He stated that they appeared to be good and this is approved. Impact Fees — Discussion was held regarding impact fees that go into effect December I't. The meeting was adjourned at 10:22 a.m. cc: Police City Manager Bldg Fire Planning Parks Comm. Dev. Public Works FCAOA MDOT
