OLD BUSINESS:
Mountain Mudd — 2267 Hwy 93 S; new drive-thru espresso stand — Working on issues from
last week. They may go with the "one window" approach. They will be back in next week.
There is no curb as indicated on their plans. ARC tabled this project pending a final layout.
NEW BUSINESS:
None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Mountain Vista Estates Phase 4 — Preliminary Plat — Chad has met with Narda already on
this. They will need to mitigate the horses and work on connectivity for the bridge. The staff
report needs to be completed soon, so we need a quick turnaround from each department.
OTHER REPORTS:
Hillstead's — Sandy noted that their remodel looks very nice.
