A RESOLUTION OF INTENT CALLING- FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET
FORTH IN THE 2006-2007 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2006-2007 fiscal year, certain
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the
estimates for the remodel of the new City Hall building for the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. On the 4th day of December, 2006 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 312 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City
Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the following
amendment to the 2006-2007 fiscal budget:
925 City Hall building remodeling project $70000
SECTION II. That notice of the passage of this resolution shall be published pursuant to
Section 7-1-4127, MCA.
