PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Spring Prairie 4 — Public Works is working on a reduction
Fuel Fitness — certificate of occupancy is coming soon; there may be some bonding
OLD BUSINESS:
First American Title — 219 E. Center; new office building. Nothing new. There has been some
correspondence with the engineer on the sewer line.
KRMC — 320 Sunnyview Lane; G.I. Building (new digestive health building). Nothing new; need to
work through the PUD. Toby called Jentz regarding the PUD. Nothing is being pushed too hard
right now. January 10 is the work session with the Planning Board.
McDonald's — 1110 Hwy 2 W; new building to replace existing. Nothing new.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Kalispell North Town Center Ph 1 — Jarod has sent out the referral. There needs to be some
clarification on some traffic study questions.
Glacier Village Greens Ph 21— Public Works has questions on the current city limits line (may need
to annex some area) as well as issues with the stormwater ponds. They are looking at using existing
private parkland. They will get together with Planning after the meeting to do some research on the
property.
OTHER REPORTS:
J2 — Toby has some questions about finishing the bathroom in the new building and binding lots vs.
aggragating them. The bathroom is a building dept question. As for the lots, either way could work.
