A RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COST OF STORM SEWER
MAINTENANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ' .
WHER]EAS, the assessment cost of the Storm Sewer Maintenance .district for the fiscal year 2006-
2007 s estimated to be $513,885.00, and
WHEREAS, at a public hean'ng held on the 1 th day ofJuly, 2006, the City Council did consider
all ob9ections made to said estimate and to the basis of levy and assessment for
payment for said cost.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTAN.A.
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the assessment east, or $513,885.00 be in the
amounts set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of land, as shown by the
special assessment lists on file in the office of the City Finance Director.
SECTION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an area
basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the district except
public streets or rights of way.

Maximum charges for Category 1 and Category 2 are per Ordinance 1476. In Category 1,
vacant land over two acres has a maximwn charge of $201.86. Ln Category 2, residential land over V
acre has a maximum charge of $97.57.
