A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC
RECORDS FROM CITY OFFICES*
WHEREAS, Resolution 4733 sets out the fee sched-ale for copies of public records and
certificationsfrom the City Clerk and the Finance Director,, and
WHEREAS, nearly all or City offices rice requests for copies of City records, and
WHEREAS, in order to recover the public cost of service, a fee schedule should be implemented
for this information.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of
KALISPELL FOLLOWS:
SECTION . The fee schedule for providing; a copy of a document or record:
For the first page of any document: 50 cents
For each subsequent page: 25 cents
SECTION 1. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the
Cr Council.
