HAND. o SON WERE PRESENT. COUNCIL MEMBERS JIM A. KINSON, KARI
GA RIEL, AND BOB HAFFERMAN WERE .ABSENT.
Also present: City Manager Jain s Patrick, City .Attorney Charles Har all, City Clerk Theresa White,
Finance Director Amy Robertson, and Recording Secretary Judi Funk.
Mayor Kennedy called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

REPORILRECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION
. AWARD HE SALE of BONDS — SID 344
Council will be asked to award the sale of the bonds for capital improvements to old School Station
following the bid opening at 11:00 a.m.
Kenyon moved Resolution 5120, a resolution relating to Special Improvement District 344
Bonds, Series 2; awarding the sale thereof and approving certain matters with respect
thereto. h motion was seconded.
Bridget Ekstrom, representing D.A.David so , explained bids were opened at 11:00 a.m. with only
one bid being received. She said D.A.D. submitted a bid with a 4.9961% True Interest Cost -
Olson asked about the possibility of an early buy-out.
Ekstrom said 1 3 of the term has to pass, or seven years.
There was no further discussion.
The motioncarried unanimously upon roll call vote with Atkinson, Gabriel and Hafferman
absent.
