Resolution 5041 - Budget - Storm SewerRESOLUTION No. 5. RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COST of STORM SEWER MAINTENANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006. WHEREAS, the assessment 'lt cost of the Storm Sewer Maintenance District for the fiscal year 2005- 00s estimated to be $436,788.00, and WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 1.8th day of July, Zoo, the City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment ent for said cost. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or $436,788.00 be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the office of the City Finance Director. SECTION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an area basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the district except Public streets or rifts of way. Category 1. .00207 Category 2. $-004018 Category 3. $.007207 Category 4. $.009009 Maximum charges for Category 1 and Category 2 are per ordinance 1.476. In Category 1, vacant land over two acres has a maximum charge of $201.88. In. Category 2, residential land over 1 acre has a maximum charge of $97.48.
