Thn following resolution was the,eupon read:
A RESOLUTION TO ESTAPATSH S77WA , I-IP-71 ROVE11,EINT ]DISTRICT VO. 5f.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNAL 07 THE CITV OF KAL-
ISPRIT.
That it is the intention of said C07 Council to create
a new special Improvement Distiict to be known as Special
Improvement District 'o/ 54, for the purpose of constrwetiA

cement sidewalks on each side of the street therain, the boundar-
ies. of which said Special Improvement District are to be as fol-
lows, Wit:- To include lots 12 and 13 in Block 34, 1 and 18
in Block 47, 12 and 13 in Block 35, 1 and 24 in Block 46,,12 anyid
13 in Block 36, 1 and 24 in Block 45, 6 and 7 in Block 37tj in
Block 44,and 7 in Block 38jand I and 12 in Block 43.
Said Special Improvenent District nerein above described tM
be improved as follows: By constrictinC ceoent sijewalks at
their present width on said Street 4ith the above described limits
and along said lots accortrig, to the specifications for cement
sidewalks as set forth in Section 2 of Article Il of Chapter XII
of the Revised 0 dinances of 1699, as amended by Ordinance No 197
passed an! approved July 20th, 1908.
The approxi.-,-iate cost of said hmprovem�ents is th,� s-�u_q
of twenty-four cents per square root and t-,ie same s)-.all be paid by
special assessments opon allof the assessable property within said
Special Improvement District, exclusive of streets, alleys and
public places, and each p Ace or parcel of land within snid dis-

Be t; furthor resolied that notice be in the
Kalispell Journal for at least one issue for the full time re-
quired by law therefor, said Kalispell journal being a newspaper
of general circolation in said City of Xalispell,Montana, giving
notice of the intention on the part of said City Conncil to make
said imVrovements notifying all owners or agents of the p-operty
WIthin Sa id, Special Triprovent District No. 04 to be affected or
benefitted thereby, that said CV7 Coyncil of the City of Kallspel`�
will meet on the 7t day of June 1909, at 8 o'clock P.M. in the,
Council Chanbers, at the City Hall, Xalispell?Montana, to consVer
any objections to the final establishement of said Special Im-
provement District nhich said objections must be written and filed
with the Cit7 Clerk on or beforesaid date,
It is further ordered by the City Cowncil, that all assess-

District 7o. 54 shallhe paid in eight equal trstallments or
payments, the first of which stall be paid in the year 1909,
and all defferered pa:,Taents to bear interest at the rate of six
per cent. Dayable annually.
On notion made by Allerman Beinzand seconled by Alderman
Shaffroth said reklution was passed.
