Be it further resolved that it is the intention of said City Council to crenV� a -nc�w Special Improvement District to be known as Special Improvement District No. 49 for th; purpose of constrvcting an eight inch lateral sewer th9rein. The boun6ary of said Special inTroysment District shall include all tAe lots in said Block 1434 Said Improvement District above described to be Am - proved b7 constructinr said eight inch lateral sewer, beginning at a point in the cente, of Twelfth Street and extending North through the center of the alley in said Block 143 to the ow er of Eleventh Street and there to connect with the main sewer Wfetofore con- structed. Said Sewer to be constructed of vitrified sewer pipe under the supervision of the CAV Engineer. Thu aprroximate cost of said sewer being the sum of Pour Wndred Dollars ($400.00) and the sam.e slill be paid by special assessment upon all the assess- able property within said Special Improvement District, exclusive of Streets, alleys and public plAces; and each piece or parcel of land within said distr dct shall pa7 that proportion of the Ast of said improvement as the area thareof bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive of streets, alleys and public places.
