BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF KAISIRPIL,MONTANA:
That it Wto the best interest of the inhabitants of the
pity of yalispell , Montana, and to the inhabitants of that certain
platted tract or parcel of land known as Fisheres Addition, a plat of
which Fisherts addition is on file in tin ofTice of the,County clerk
and Recorder of Flatlead County, Montana, which said Fishers Addition
is contiguous to the city limits of the City of valispell, Montana;
that said Fisher's addition be included within the limits of the City
of yalispell, Montana, and that it is the intention of the City pouncia
of the City of yalispellv Montana, to pass a resolution to extend the
boundaries of tke City of alispell, Montana, in such a manner as to
include taid 7ishers Additicn within tie corporate limits of the said
City of yalvspell, Montana.
That the City Clerk of the City of Kalispell be required to
publish a notice one a week for two successive weeks in the yalispell
Bee) a newspaper of general circulation published nearest to said
Fishers Addition, which said notice shall declare to the resident
free holders of said Fishtrts Addition, that the foregodmg resolution
has passed declaring that intention of said City Council to extend the
,boundaries of the said City of yalispell In the manner aforesaid, and
noti;ying all residnet free holders of said Fishers Addition tiat the,

their approval or disapproval of said extension to the
city limits in writing 1�ft with the pity Clerk at any time within
tierfy days after the publication of said notice.
It wws moved by Aldernan nognlien and seconded by alderman
pienz that said resolution do pass
On roll call said motion was carried by the following vote:
Alderman Bienz, Dickey, Jones, Rognlien and Schumann, Aye No yoes.
Said Resolution was declared adopted.
