BE IT RRSOLVED BY THE CITT COUPIn 07 TEN CITY 02 KALITPELL:
That it is the intention of said city council to create a new
Fpecail Improvement District to be knomn as q1jecail improverient Dis-

establish gtades and curba and macadamize the street therein, thrip.
boundaries of which said special improvement district are to be as
follows to -wit;
Commencing at a point where the center lin� ofJourth
Street intersects the center line of the alley betweeh Nnin 9treat
and Not Avenue East, thence south along the center liner of said
alley between main.street and first avenue East to its intersect-
ion with thrie ceit er line of eight street; thence west alQng the
center line of eight street to its intersection with the cej.t er
line of the alley between Main Treeet,4ndAirst Avenue west; thono-1-
north along the center lint of the alley between Main Street and
rirst Avenue West to its inersection with the center line Of 7ourth
street; thence east along the certer line of 7ourth. street to thle
place of beginning. Said boundaries to include the East halt of
Blocks 751 86, 95, and 106, and the:West half of Blocks 76, 85,

Said qPecail Tmprovernnt District herein above described
to be ingroved as follows: by establishing a grade upo n yain
str et within the limits above described, constructing curbs within
said boundaries on both saides of said Main Stre-stp
ing and xaCadamlziAg said Main Street between saV curbs, which
curbs shall be ten feet from the property line, and also be estab-
lishine and putting in crossings wherever the sai-e may be i-.tecessary,
The approximite cost of said improvements is the mim of
46600vOO and the same shall be paid by special assessments; upon all
of the asseFsable property within said pecial Improvement District
No. 43 exclusive of streets, alleys anO publimplaces, ad each
piece or parcel of 1aA within said district sball pay that proprot-

the area of the entire district exclusive of streets, alleys and
public places.

final esthlishment of said Specail Tmprovesent District Not 43,,
which objection5 may be in writing and filed with the City a Clerk
on or before said date, or may be made in person or by attorney
at the time and place above mentioned.
It is further ordered by the City jouncil, that all asse sments
evied i�4.-ainst said property within said pecll Improvement District
ro - 43 shall be,paid in three equal annual installments or payments
