Thereupon the following resolutions were introduced:

BE 1T RRSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 09 77T, CITY OF KALISPELL:
That it is the intention of said city council to create a new
Special Inprovement District to be known as Special Inprovement Din.-
trict AM, for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks on eaVa

written and filed with the City Clerk on or before said date.
It is further ordered by the City Council, that all assess eats
levied ag"inst said property within said Special Improvement District

the first of which shall be p"id in the year 1909, "nd all deferred
payments to bear interest at the rate of six percent . per -")"y-
able annually.
