That it is the intention of said City Council to create a new
Special Inprovenent Dig, trict to be hrowm as Special inorovenent
District No. 41, for the purpose of constructing cement side rah ;gin
on each side of the Avenue therein, the boiindaries of which slid
Special Improvement District are to be as follows, to-wit-
Beginning'at a point where the west line of the alley bet wemn
urth W Fifth Avenues East intersects the center 'line of Second
Street; thence East through the center of Second Street to the in-
tersection with the center line of Pifth Avenue East, thence South
along the center line of Fifth Avenue East to its intersection with
Third Street, thence Vest throu& the center of Third Street to its
inter Sect ion with the Vest line of the Alley between Fourth and Afth
Avenues Fist; thence Yorth alonc said Vest line of said Alley to the
Pace of beginning, said district to inc? de the lots in the East
half of Block 41, exceptinE Lots numlered 4 and 5. All in the orig-
inal townsite of FalispellMontan".

Special assessments heretofore levied on the 8thday of
Septemler 1908, assessing the a,r operty in Specail Improve-
mell; Districts Yo. 23, 242 20, 26, 27, 20, 29, 05, 34, and 37
for Wo cost of the itimprovei-tierits therein, a copy of which
resolutions 1ppears in full on,pages 359 to 412, together
with certain assessmen a resolutions agses-stingithe cost of
certain sewers in District 3, 4, and 5 against the Droperty
in said districts, had been duly advertised according to law,
and that there were no protests ,,,--;ade or file0against thle
final passage of said reslutions assessi-,,g, the rrop,ert,, in
said districts, it was thereupon moved by Alderman Bienz,
and Seconded by Alderman Buckingham that said said resolutionj
as the sw;e appear on these records be passed and the Clerk
directed to cert7fy a copy of the same to the County Trusurer
for the purpose of colleotion of the sane.
Said motion was carried by the following vote. A.der maln
Buckingham Bienz, Rogrilian and Schumann. Aye. No Noes.
