B7 !T MOMD BY ThE CIVY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OY XALISP711: That it is the intention of said City Council to create a new Special Inprovenent Dig, trict to be hrowm as Special inorovenent District No. 41, for the purpose of constructing cement side rah ;gin on each side of the Avenue therein, the boiindaries of which slid Special Improvement District are to be as follows, to-wit- Beginning'at a point where the west line of the alley bet wemn urth W Fifth Avenues East intersects the center 'line of Second Street; thence East through the center of Second Street to the in- tersection with the center line of Pifth Avenue East, thence South along the center line of Fifth Avenue East to its intersection with Third Street, thence Vest throu& the center of Third Street to its inter Sect ion with the Vest line of the Alley between Fourth and Afth Avenues Fist; thence Yorth alonc said Vest line of said Alley to the Pace of beginning, said district to inc? de the lots in the East half of Block 41, exceptinE Lots numlered 4 and 5.
