BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CUT COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF KALISPRAIL

That the alispellWate and Electric rompany be required
and is hereb7 required, in accordance wit t-rie provisions of Ord-
inance No. 21 heretofore passed to extend its water mains as
follows:
Beginning at the extensior of the water main heretofore
ordered by the City ouncil, on Fourth Avenue 7ast at the inter-
section of said Avenue with Seventh Street; thence sout one bl ock
on the west side of Pourth Avenue past to the intersection of said
Fourth Avenre nast with Eight Street, a distance of one block.
Permission giVen to use wooden pipes.

to serve a copy of this resoluticn,together with an order requiring
the extension of said nain as above Bet forth, upon the yalispell

On motion of Alderman Bienz and seconded bY Alderman
Jones said resolution was adopted by the follcwing vote:
Alderman pienz, Dickey, Buckingham and Jones Aye, yo noes.
At this time the Mayor appointed the followinE por5ans
as patrolmen for a term cf six months each: Jerry Bellas,
F. H. Franklin, and W. D. BerFy.

services, supplies axa etc., fnrninhed to the City during the
Month of nctober were read .
on Motlon of Alderman Buckingham seconded by aiderman
Rienz, bills numbered from 1OR 87 to 10934, inclusive were ordered
