The following resolution was -thereupon presented: it A RESOUTIVY-LEVYING AN .ABSESSEE TT'2PON CERTAIN PROPERTY VITHIN AWR DISTRICTS NOS. 4 & 51 WITHIN THE CITY OF HALTSP LL, MONTANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DMAYING THE COST OY BUILDING A SEWER ADJACENT TO AND BEYRFITTINC SAID PROPERTY. WHEREAS. the City Cyan.cil of the City of Kalispell has heretofore Passed a Resolution by the terme of which it has caused a Seer to be constructed in :the City of Kalispell, lon,twia, beginning at Montana Street and extending South through the Alley between Ea.I.2l.
