A Resolution levying an assessment upon the property in
Special Improvement District No.37, in the City of Kalispell,
Montana, for the purpose of defraying the cost of grading, gra,vel-
ing and boulevarding that portion of . Sixth Avenue West lying in that
district.
' .�+aAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Hont,�ina,
has heretofore passed a resolution. 'by the term of which the gra-
veling, grading and boulevarding of, that portion, of Sixth Avenue
West within the limits of Special Improvement District No.37 was
authorized and provision nade therein for the payment of the cost
of, as. a ;by, levy 4g :inst the property in said district, the cost of
which said improvements is the sumoff' . 411.6€3;
BE IT: OMIF0RE RRSOLV7M, that 4 levy be made against all the
pr°o,ie r ty within the limits of said: Sp ial Improvement District No.
37, as follows: --

The aforesaid sums to be paid in three equal annual payments
at the rate of 017.15 annually for each and emery fifty foot lot,
with interest on deferred payments at the rate of six percent. per
annum. The said payments to be made on or before the 30th day of
November of each and every year, the first of which payments shall
be made in the year 1908.
The foregoing resolutions levying an assessment on Special Im-
provement Districts Nos* 23124125;26128,29,33,34 and 37 were, upon
motion of Alderman Rognlien, seconded by Alderman tones, passed by
the following vote: Aldermen, Bienz, Buckingham, Jones, Rogniien
and Schur"wAye, no Noes.
The City Clerk sus directed to alvertise for objections to the
final passage of sali resolutions, to be heard on September 30th,
1908.
