A Resolution levying an assessment upon the property in Special
Improvement Distr-ict- No-34, in the City of Kalispell,Mont-ma, for
the purpose of defraying the cost of grading, graveling and bou-
levarding that portion I
of 2?i'th Avenue West lying in that district.
V21FIRFAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell Plonta.ra
has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of vfaich. the grading,
g-r"veling and boulevarding of that part o-f -Fifth Avenue West within
the limits of Special Imp-rovemer-IL; District No*34 was authorized,and
provision made therein for •the payment of the cost of same by levrr
against the propert;/, in said district, the cost of which said im-
provenents is the sum of 2315-00;
BE IT TTITIEREFORF, RRSOLM, that a levy be made against all
the property within the limits of said Special Improvement Distr-Ict
No*34) as follows:--
