A resolution levying an assessment upon the propert.- in
Special Improvement District No. 24, in the Cit,r of Kalispell, Pion-
te,na, for the purpose of defraying the cost of grading, graveling
and boulevarding that portion of :First Avenue West lyinC. in that
district.
'*MT.FAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana.,
has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of which the grad-
ing, graveling and boulevarding of that part of First Avenue West
within t%6 limits of Special., Improvement District No.24 was au-
thorized and provision made therein for the payment of the cost of
same by levy against the property in said district, the cost of
which said improv-ements is the sun of $4090.00;
BE IT MMEFORE RRSOLVM, Vhat a levy be made against all
the property within the limits of said Special Improvement District

The aforesaid sums to be paid :.n three equal annual pay-
ments at the rate of 17.60 annually for each and every fifty foot
lot with interest on deferred payments at the rate of six percent
per annum. The said payments to .be made on or before the 30th day
of November of each and every ;dear, the first of which payments
shall be nade in the year 1908.
