Resolution 184 - Assessment - SID 25A RESOLUTION
A resolution levying an assessment upon the property in Special
Improvement District No. 25, in the City of ralispell.Montan.a, for
the purpose of defraying; the cost of grading, graveling 4nd boule-
varding that portion of Fourth Avenue West lying in that district.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Oita= of Ka.lispell,Tontanv,
has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of Which the gravel -
ire;, grading; and boulevarding of that part of Fourth Avenue West
within the limits of Special improvement District No.25 was "uthor-
ized, and provision made therein for the pa; ent of the cost of same
by levy against the property in ,sa id district, the cost of Which
said improvements is the Ampf 1900.00;
DE IT THERH= - RE RES OLVED , that a levy be made against all the
property within the limits of said Special Improvement District No.
