A Resolution lery-itiC an. roses meat uponthe property in
Bpeclal lmrovement District No.. 28, in the City of Kalispell,
Montana, for the purpose of defraying the cost of grading, gravel-
ing and boule-rarding that portion of First Avenue Fast lying in that
District.
VHEUMAS the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, has
heretofore passed 4 resolution by - the ;texas of which the graveling,
grading a and boulevrding of that part of First Avenue Rast within

the limits of Special Improvement District 27o.28 was authorized,
and provision -made therein for she, payment of the cost of same by
levy against the property in said district, the cost of which said
inprovenents is 1e sun of $2075.00;
