A Resolution levying an assessment upon the property in
Special Imyrovem&t District No-29, in the City of Kalispell.Mm-,
Lana, for the purpose of defraying the cost of grading, graveling
and yaVidgzof thiat-portiQOfVhe Alley lying in Block W, lying
in thatdistrict:
VHRTIAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of which the gra-
veling, grading and boulevarding.of that part of the. Allqy,in BloQ
lb,Wvithin the limits of Special Improvement District No.29 was
authorized and provision made therein for the payment of the cost
,of sae by levy against the property in said district, the cost
of which said improvements is the sum of $1010.00;
BE IT TRR. FORE RESOLVEDi that a levy be made against all the
property within the limits of said Special Improvement District
