A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH 05TIAIWAVEMENT DISTRICT O. 35.
Be it re solved by the City Councilof the City of Kalispell:
That it is the intention of said city council to create a
new Special ImprovementDistrict to be known as Special Improvement
District No. 33, for the pnrpose of inTroving the*avenhes therein, to
establish grades, curbs and construct grass plats, sow grass seeds a
and plant trees therein and to grade the avenues therein, the
boundaries of whic h said Spec al ImrpoWmant District are t o be as
follows, to -wit:
Conmencing at the intersection of the center of Sixth
Street with the center of the alley in block No. 100, thence south
through the center of said alley to the intersection of the center
line of said alley with the dent4r of Seventh Street, thence west
through the center of Seventh street to its intersection wit the
center line of the alley in Block No. 99, thence north through the
center of sid alley to its intersection with Sixth street, thence
east through. the center of Sixth street to to place of beginning,,
Said district to include the East half of Block 99 and the west half
of BlobkTIOOof the Original Towns ite of Kalispell, Montana. Said
Special Improvement District herein above describea to be improved

the property lines, bringing the Avexue to grade and placing gravel
tbBreon, giving it a rounded and smooth appearance and surface and
also by establishing and putting in crossings, wherever the same may
be necessary,
The approximate cost of said improvements is the sum of
$780,00 and the same shall be paid by special assessments upon all
of the assessable property within said Special Improvement District,
exclusive or streets, alleys and public places, and each piece or
parcel of land within said district shall pay that proportion of the
cost of said improvements as the area thwereof beer' s to the area of
the ontire district, exblusive of sheets, alleys and public plades.
Be it further resolved that notice be published in the
Kalispell Jotmal for at least one issue for the full time required
by law thorefor, said Kalispell Jonrnal being a newspaper of general
circulA; ion in said City of Kalispell, Montana, giving notice of the
intention on the part of said City Council to make said improvements
notiffing all owners or agents of the property within said qpIcial
Improvement District No, 33, to be affected or benefited thereby,
that said City Council of the CityofKalispell will meet on the
2nd day of July 1908, at 8 o'clock P. H. in the Council chambel- S
at this City B411, Kalispell, Montana, to consider any objections to
the final establishment of said 1pecial Irprobemeht District whiech,
said objections most be written and filed with the City Clerk on or
before said date.
It is further ordered by the City Council, that dLl assess-
ments levied against said property within said Special'Improvement
District No. 33 shall be paid in three equal installments or pay-
ments, the first of which shall be paid in the year 1908, and all
deferred payments,to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per
annum., parable anhually.
