WAERRAS it is the sense of a majority vote of the cit-- council of tin City of Xalispell, Montana, that it is necessary that a sewer be constructed with4n sewer distric*Wo. 5 — q be it therefore RESOLAP"that a sewer 13 inches in diameter be constructed actording to tie plans and specifications of the City Enigger, beg- inning at the intersection ofthe, center line of Montana, street with the center line of the alley betw-en Main Street and First Aeons wort) , an! fron thence ruiming in a soutlarly direction through the ceit er of said alley to the intersection of said alley with Fifth street. Said Sewer shall be constructed underthe super- vision of the City Engineer.
