Special Iwprovexm_ert District NO. 30, for tie purpose of improving the alley therein, by grading and gzaveling the same, the boundaries of which special Improvement pistrict are as follows, to -wit; COmmencinE at the intersection of the center of Second Street with gain "treet, thence south to tie intersection of Main Street with Third Street, thence west on Third Street to its inter- section with First Avenue west, thence north to the intersecticn of First Avenue 7,est with Second Street, thence east to the place of beginning, said distridt Q inclue Block No..Lf—of the or gin Townsite of yalispell, Montara. Said Special Imprnvement District hereinabove described to be improved as follows: by establishing an grade upon the alley within the limits above described, graveling and grading the same, grading up, the ce_t er of the alley, giving it a rounded and smoth apparance.
