BE IT RESOLTID BY THE CITY COUTYCIL OF THE CITY 1OF KALIVELL:
THAT IT IS TEE It of said City pouncil to create
a new special Improvement District to be known as apecial 01rove-
ment District No, 29 for the purpose of improving the alley the re-
02 by graveling and grading the same, the boundaries of which
Special Improvement Distri; t are to be as follvws, to -wit;
Commencing at the intersection of of the center
of Second str-et with pirst Avenue past, thence south to tie inter-
section of First Avenue last with third, Street, thence west on -
Third Street to its intersection with Maims Street thence north on
Main Street to its intersection with necond street, thence east to
the place of beginning, saAd district to include Rook No.
the nriginal Towsite of Kalispell, yontara.
Said Piecial Improvement District herein above described
to be improved az follows: by establishing a grade upon the Alley
within the limits above described, graveling and grading the lame,
grading Up the center of said Alley, giving it a rounded and moth
alTearappe and shrface.
. 'he Approximate cast.ofsaid improvemedws is the sum of $300.
and the sane shall be paid by special assessments upon all the ass-
esable property within said special. Improvement District,exclusive
of Streats, alleys and public places, and each piece or parcel of
land within said distrct shall pad that proportion of the cost of
said improvements as the area thereof bears to the area of the ent-
Ire district, sxclusive of streets, alleys and public places.
Be it further resolved that notice be published in the
,alispell journal for_atleast one issue xf for the full time
required by law theretor, said alispell journal being a newspaper
of general circulation in said city of Kalispell, Montana$ giving
notice of the intention on the part of said City rouncil to make
said improvements notifying all owners or agerts of the property
within said Special Improvement District No, 29, to be affected or
benefited thereby, that said,cit7 Council x111xxe of the City of
Kalispell will meet on the lath dal of June 1908, at 8 O'clock P. Y,
in the Council Chambers at the City W11, Kalispell, yontana, to ,
consider any objections to the final establishment of said 'Pecial
Improvement District,which said objections must be in writing and
filed with the City Clerk on or b,fore said date.
Tt if, further ordered by the rity oucil that all assess,
rents
eV,e d against said property, within said Special Improvement
District No. 29 Shall be laid in three equal installments or pqy-
men ts, the first of Wich shall be paid in tie year 19080 and all
deferred pqyments , to bear iA eVest at the rate of six per cent
per annum palable annually.
