That the Kalispell Water & Electric Co., be required
and is -hereby Y�eqti,ired, in accordance wvith the provisions of
Ordinance No 21, heretofore gassed by the City Council of t'he city
of valispell; to extend ..heir water m�in, and the said extension is
hereby order to be r-rade as follovis;-- Beginn.ing, at the present
terminal of the water main on Third Avenue East, Whicin terminal
is- situate at the intersection of s.,,.id Third Avehue Fast with Rie-hth
street; thence soiith along said Third Avenue Fast to its ii-itersect-
ion with Tenth Street, and there to connect with the Water main
(dead end) being a distance of approxi,--rately two blocks.

committe on streets and Alleys, who in-Lmediatly reported in writing
reccomie-nding tie acceptance of the bid of Lippincott and Vinsen,,
the same be,ing the lowest bid.
It was thereupon moved by Bucking'_',x-am and seconded by
Dickey, that the reopr"14- be addopted and city enter into a contract
with Tippincot and Vinsen, for t'he gravelling of First Street.

the Council.
