BE IT RESOLVED BY TER CITv COUNCIL OF THE CITY 07 KALISPELL:
That in is the intention of said Mv Couwil to nreate a
new special Improvement District to is knosm as Special lmprovemBnt
District No. 35 for the purpose of constru,,oti-nF,, ceme-nt sidenvalks
on each side of the avenue therein, the boundaries of Mch said
Special Improvement District are to be as follows, to -wit;
Commenceing at the. intense ction of thm center line of
the alley between main str et and First Avenue West, with fifth strt
thence south through said alley to its intersection with ninth,
street, thence west in the center of ninth street to its intersect-
ion with the center linb of the a ley between first ard second
avenues west, thence nDrth through the center of said a ley to its
intersection, wit the center of fifth street, thence east in the
ceneter of fifth str e to the place of heginning, said distri& to
include the Fast 1-ialf of Blocks 87, 84, 107, 114 and tine -west a
blocks 86, 95,-106 add 115.
Said _pedal, Improvement District herein above described to
be immoved as follows, by constructing cement sidewalks file feet
in Vidth on said first avenue west, wit hdn the limits above deserilM,
ad according to the specifications for cement sidewlaks as,set forth
in section 2 of Article II of Chapter XI of the Revised ordinances
of 1899 as amened by Ordinance No. 197, passed a -rid approved july
20th 008.
