That said lease above mentioned and described, be accept-
e4dcby the City of Kalispell, according to the ter.,.P.s a-,rd conditions
therain contained, and, t'--P- same is hereby accepted; and the Mayor
of the City of valispell is hereby authorized and directed to eelcute
said leas-- under the Seal of the City of 'Valispell, for and in beha]--f
of the City rouncil of the City of Valispell; and the City '.1erk is
hereby ordered to draw a warrant "or the sum of One Dollarx upon
the City, of !�alispell and d ' eliver the sw��,e to the Great 71,'Iorthern

It was moved, by Alder -man *.Ipognlien and seconded by Aldel--
man Dickey that said resolution do pass. UTpor, roll call said motion
was carried by the follow inp, vote; Alder. -,an Buckinghwi!-. , Bienz,
Dickey, jonesv pognlien, Schumann, Are, No noes. The pesolution was
thereupon duly declared as adopted and was signed by the actung
Mayor.
It was moved by Rogrlien and ecorded by Schumann that the
City, advertise for bids for springling. Motion carried and Clerk
directed to advertise.
A proposed sidewalk ordinance wus presented by the pity
fl�ierk, and the same referred to committe on Streets and Alleys to
report at next meeting.
