PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Shops Building (Outlot D) — Spring Prairie Phase IV — at the corner of Old Reserve and Hwy 93. This went before Architecture Review. The project was scheduled for April 12d' but tabled per Blumenstein's request. They also need to submit a Landscape Plan. Haskins has given them his comments on sidewalk and curb. He also noted that their entrance around the pedestrian crossing would be best elevated. NEW BUSINESS: None PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Sparrows Nest — Application for a group home at 7 h Avenue and 2nd Street East to go in the old church building. This will be presented at Tuesday's meeting. They are not applying for a State license. Nygren will suggest they park their cars in front of their building to avoid any complaints from their neighbors. Next Month: 117 Northwest Lane — Application for two sets of townhouses. They are doing a Preliminary Plat Waiver to create two lots, Lot I and Lot 2 and get it Final Platted. Then they will apply for a CUP for townhouses. Sewer options were discussed. Haskins stated their meter pit location could be an issue. Glacier Rail Park Development Plan — The creation of an Urban Renewal District which is also called a "TEDD," which stands for "Targeted Economic Development District", will be going to City Council on Monday. OTHER REPORTS: Immanuel Lutheran — Regarding their first remodel, Tabler is putting together their impact fees. They came in yesterday with the plans for the West Complex Phase 1-A & 2 yesterday. Krispy Kreme — Haskins will be meeting with WGM at 1:30 p.m. today and invited anyone else who wants to attend the discussion regarding Krispy Kreme going in Spring Prairie Phase IV south of the shops building.
