1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:33 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
2. Approval of the Agenda:

3. Approval of Au2ust13 Board Meeting:
Moved by Janet, second by Bill.

5. Approval of Financial Statements of August and September 2015:
Moved by Janet, second Bill.
6. Updates from City Parking:
Captain Rademacher provided an update from City Parking. The contracts for snowplowing and
shoveling are in place for the upcoming snow season. The new Go-4 was delivered a couple weeks ago
and Jack is driving it. His old one will be kept as a backup. The holiday ticketing schedule is as follows:
tickets will not be issued on the street Monday, December 21" through Friday, January 1st and will resume
on Monday, January 41n
7. Unfinished Business:
Central School Museum — Discussion followed. Captain Rademacher sent Doug Russell an email and has
not heard back from him. He followed up with a phone call to Mark Hensley. Mark had not had a chance
to formally present the proposal to the museum board but felt that it was reasonable proposal.
8. New Business:
Janet requested that the parklet fee be added to the agenda for our next meeting.
The next meeting will be Thursday, January 28, 2016.
