BE 1T RESOLVID BY THE CITY COUNCIT 07 THE CITY ON KALUTALL:
That it is the intention of said City Council to create
a n9w Special 1"provement District to be kno,-�i-n, as I_-prove-
ment District No. 66, for the purVos a of imp -ovine the
avenues thRrein, to estAilish gradds, cnrbs and construct grass
plats, sow grass seeds and plant trees th,-�,�rei_n and to gr�Lde tl-,Le
avenues therein, the ba"ndaries of whi&i saifi Special
DAtrict are to be as follows, to -wit: -
at a poljt where the center line of Third St.
intdrsects the center line of the alley between Main Street and
Ist Avenue West; thence south along the center line of said alley
to the center of Fifthn Street; thence west thruugh thA center

Saw Special I"provement District 'herein above de-
scribed to be improved as follows, bu establishinC a grade, dpon
said First Avenue West within thn limits above described,
curbs within said boundaries on both sides of said,
avonup, Croveling, gradirg and 1:-oulevarding the same, sowing grass
seeds and planting Irees in the grass plats on west side of avenue
between Fndtth and Pifth Streets, Krading up the center of said
av enue �etweqn said curbs which said curbs shall hq eighteen
feet frcm thq ploperty.libes, betwein 4th and 5th Streets, brinEft,
the avenue to grade and placing gravel thereon, giving it a
rounded and smooth appearance ana surface and also by estahllshirg-_�.

The approximate cost of said improvement is the sum of
gl933.44 and the 5are shall be paid by special assess_��_'ents -�qpc-n
all of the assessable property, within sai(� 9-.tpecl�tl
District, exclusive of streets, alloys and p"blic places, and
each piece or parcel of land within said listrict shall pay that
proportion of the cast of said improvements as zhe area the-eof
bears to the area of the entirn district, excinsvie of streqts,
alloys ana public places.
Be it furt%er resolved that noticebe published in the
Kalispell journal fon at 19ast one issue for the Q11 time required
by law therefor said Kalispell junrnal being a newspaper of
general airnulation in said City of Kalispell,hontana, giving
notice of the intent ion on the part of said City Council to make
saidl, iml-rovement notifying all ownens or aEents of ttn p-operty
within saia Special 1-1rovement Dist-ict Nn. 66 to be affected
or benefitted the-eby, that said City Council of the CitV of Kal-
