That the Northern Idaho and Montana Power Company
req,uirwd, and is hereby reqaired, in accordance with. the pro-
visions of Ordinance No 21 horetofore passed, to 4xtend its
water mains as follows: -
Beginning at the end of the present wp.ter wain at 'tlae
intersection of Th±d Avenue East and Washington Street, running
thence West along the south We of Washington Street to Second
Avenue. Fhsti, and running thence south along the west slie of said
Second Avenue East to Idaho Streetj a distance of two (2) blocks.
AW it is further ordared that the City Clerk of the
Gity Of- Kalispell serve a copy of this resolution, together with
an order under seal, reqqir1n:g tho extension of the water mains
as afo resaid, upon the said fortharn Idaho and Montana Power
NEIRREMMMU
And permis5ion is hereby given to said Northern Idaho
"Ahd Montana Po-wer Company to use wooden pipe vxapped with wire
add of the same material and construction as heretofore used in
thpir nater mains in the C07 of Kalispell.
