BE IT RESOL1RD BY TT-W, CITY COUNCIL OP T-TIS CITY OF KALISPELL:
That it is the intention of said City Council to create
a new Special I�provement District to be known as Spec"Uil I,,--,prov�7,-
mp-nt D-Ist.-ict 7-T-d. 70 for the purpose of improving the street
therein, to establish grades and ciirbs, !r.r�acadaTqize t-he street,
construct giitters alonE,, each side thereof, the boundaries of
which said. special in-provement district are to be ?.s follows,

eo,wienc ing i.at a point where the north line of Fourth
Street intersects t�ae center line of the alley between Main and
First Avenue Fast, t.aence south along the center line of said
alley to its iryttersection with the sout line of Eighth Street;
thence west alonE the sout"h line of -�kighth Street to the point
where the same intersects the center line of the alley between
Main Street and First Avenue West; thence north along, the center
line of said, alley to a point where 41"he sam-, int. ersects the north
line of Fonrth Street, thence east along the north line of
Street to the place of beginning. The boundaries of said
district to inc1nde all the lots in t*he east half of Blocks
75 - 86 - 95 - 106 and the west half of Blocks 76 - 85 - 96 - and
105 of the original townsite of Kalispell Montana.
Said Special I,,provement Dist.�-iclt herein above described
to be improved as follows: Bit establishing grades upon 141ain
Street within the limits above described, constructing cizrbs

curbs, whic�i ci)rbs shall be twelve feet (1210 from the property
line, and also by establishing an6 puttingin cement crossings

to be connected with the 'uater mains now laid, or which may
hereafter be laid in said street,, before said work in f in. -ally
completed.

Council will meet on the 13th day of October, 1909, at 8
Walock P.M. in the Council Chanbers in the CA7 Hallp Kalispell
Montana, to consider any objections to the final estAblishment
of said Special lijrrovement District No. 70, which objections may
be made in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before
the s amR dat e of may be made in person or byatto oney at the
time Above mentioned.
It is further ordered by the City Council that all
assessments Irviad against said property with.in said Special
Improvement District No. 70, shall be made in"five equal annual
insUlments or payments, the first of which shall be paid In
the year 1910, and all deferrdd payments to bear interest at the
rate of six per cent per annual payable annually, on all
amounts reaaining an paid.
