pell, in such a manner as to include said Pisher's Addition within

That tba City Clerk of the City of Kalispll be required to
publish a notice once a week for two successive weiks. in the Kalis
pell Bee, a newspaper of general ciralation published nearest to
said Fisher's Addition, Which said notice Jeclare to the
resident free holders, d7 said Fisher's Addition, that the'foregoing
resolution has passed declaring the Intention of said City Council
to extend the boundaries of the said City of Kalispell"in th, ,
manner aforesaid, and notifying all resident freeholders of said
Fisher's Addition that they may express their approval or ais-
apprafal if Said extension of the City Limits in writing Jf
with the City Clerk at any time within twenty days after the date
of the first publication of said notice."
And it appearing to the City Council, by the affidavit
of the City Clerk, ana the mana.T��r of KnIlspell Bee, that
said Resolution had been duly published in the sAid'KAL isp;ll
Bee, for two successive w0eks asrequired by law and the provisions
of said resolution, and that all resident freebnjjers of said
Fisher's Addition hadnotice of their right to express thett
approval or disapproval of th; Proposed extension of the corporate
limits of thi City of KalispAL1,,as set forth in said resolution.

ing threof held on the 4th day of Jarnary 1969, havirg laid this

that written expression of approval ano disapproval have been

Limits of the City of Kalispell,Montana, be altered and extenddd

certainplatted tract or parcel of land contiguous to the city of
Kal isp iL l,hontana, known as Fis ?or's Add i? on to Kul ispAl 1,1ontana
according to a map or plat ofsaid Fisher's Addition now on file
and ar recand in the office S the County Clerk and Recorder of
Platbead County, Montana/ The boundaries of said Fisherts Ad-
dition being particularly described as follo4s, to -wit:
Beginning at the South east corner of the North-west
quarter of the South-east quarter of Section eighteen (18) in
Township twenty-five (25) North, Range twenty-one (21) West,
Montana, Meridian; running North 1336.37 Peotj thence West 1332
.9 feet;,thnnce South 1347.39 feet; thence East 1338i5 feet to
place of beEinning. The South bonndary of said Fisher's Addition
as above described shallbecome and is hereby made a portion of the
Southern boundary of the City of Kalispell, a nd a continuation
t hereof, and the western boundary of said Fisher's Addition as

That all persons and pyoperty, streets, alleys and public
places within the boundaries of said Fisher's Addition as above
set for, sball hereafter be within the jurisdiction of the mun-
icipal Government of the City of Kalispell, and all ordinances,,
resolutions, and acts of th City Co"ncil of the Cit7 of Kalia-
pell, or which may heraafter be passed or heretofore passed,
shall apply to the territori annexed by the terms of this of
this resolution, in the saine manner as all other parts of the -
City of Kalispell jontana.
That this resolution shalltake effect and be inforce
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
