OLD BUSINESS:
Tom Tabler, Senior Civil Engineer

Spring Prairie Phase IV— overall site development plan. Sorensen will get together tomorrow with
Fincher to review the landscape plans. We have not heard anything regarding final approvals from
MDT, but they are still moving forward. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
South Kalispell Plan — This will be reviewed next month.
Glacier Rail Park Development Plan - This will be reviewed for the creation of an Urban Renewal
District which is also called a "TEDD," which stands for "Targeted Economic Development District''.
Meadows at Four Mile — They have submitted their Final Plat. Nygren and Haskins have been
working on this together. They have some utility easements that need to be shown on their plat.
They are going to be creating two lots and putting in duplexes instead of condos or townhomes. The
service lines are too big, so they will be reducing the line down from a 2" to a 1'/2" line. They will
need to move some of the fire hydrants as well to meet their layout. Tabler stated that we can then
give them the impact fee according to that size.
